Húni II

Húni II is a 132 gross ton oak ship, built in Akureyri, Iceland in 1963, and was used as a fishing boat for 30 years. Húni II is one of the largest oak ships ever built in Iceland, and the largest still in use in Iceland. Húni II has served as a tour and leisure boat since 1998 and has a capacity of 100 passengers. Húni II arrived in Akureyri in 2004 and is as a historical artefact, property of the Akureyri Industrial Museum.
